The order process

To place an order click on the 'Add to cart' button(s) for the product(s) you wish to purchase. The product(s) will then be added to your shopping cart. When you have finished adding products proceed to check-out by clicking the link on the shopping cart page. Credit cards, debit cards, and bank accounts are all accepted and processed using our secure payment gateway PayPal, the fast, easy and free online payment system.

Terms & Conditions

Delivery is £ 2.95 PER ORDER for all single UK orders non refundable. (Recorded delivery)

Delivery for orders of 2 tins and /or 2 tubs of Phytoplankton and more is £3.95 non refundable. (Recorded delivery)

We are happy to despatch orders overseas to Europe. Deliveries to non EU destinations are made by contacting us directly first to establish cost. The delivery charges to EU countries outside the UK (including the Channel Islands) are charged at £14.95 (12.72.00 euros) PER ORDER.

Delivery is made by a carrier and does require an authorised signature.

Please have your goods delivered to an address where someone will be available to accept your order Monday to Friday. We aim to dispatch goods within 2- 5 days, but some orders can take up to 21 days for delivery.

Having received your order we will send you an e-mail to confirm receipt of your order, we do require a telephone number in case there is a problem with delivery and we can contact you quickly for this. Your telephone number will not be used for any other purpose nor will it be passed or sold onto third parties.

Stock and pricing:

All prices include VAT. We endeavor to maintain a stock of all products at all times. Sometimes we cannot accurately forecast demand for certain products, if we are out of stock we will notify you of an expected delivery date.

Returns and exchanges:

We are very proud of our products. If any item does not meet your expectations, please return it to us following the procedure below.

• Goods will only be refunded upon return if the seal on the product is still intact within the originally wrappings and within 28 days of receipt of order.
• Please enclose a copy of your original invoice that you received with your order.
• Please pack items to return carefully.
• Please obtain a proof of purchase certificate.
• Goods arriving damaged must be notified in writing within 5 days and these will be collected and replaced at no cost.
